Admin Officer, SingCapital 

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide clerical support to our employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  2. Answer and redirect phone calls.
  3. Attend to general walk-in or call-in enquiries.
  4. Distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
  5. Perform routine data entry.
  6. Prepare regular reports and presentations.
  7. Organize, store and print company documents as needed.
  8. Maintain internal databases.
  9. Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners.
  10. Update office policies and ensure compliance with them.
  11. Any other administrative duties or general office support as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. GCE `O’ level and above
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  3. Highly organized and able to multitask with ease
  4. Meticulous and maintain high standard of accuracy in work
  5. Positive attitude and willing to learn
  6. Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
  7. Customer service oriented
