02Who is this workshop for?+
PWS is designed for first-time buyers, existing homeowners, upgraders, couples planning their next home and property investors. Whether you are preparing to make a move soon or simply want to understand your options before the time comes, the workshop gives you a structured way to approach the decision.
03Do I need property knowledge to attend?+
No prior property knowledge is required. The concepts are explained through practical examples and real-life scenarios, making the session accessible to both new and experienced property owners.
04Will I be pressured to purchase a property?+
No. PWS is focused on property education and decision-making. The objective is to give you a clearer understanding of your property options so you can decide what makes sense for your circumstances.
05What will I learn during the workshop?+
You will learn how to assess your current property position, evaluate affordability, identify potential opportunities, structure your property progression and think about your exit strategy before making an entry.
06Can I attend with my spouse or family member?+
Yes. As PWS is a ticketed workshop, every participant will need to register for an individual seat. For couples making property decisions together, attending together may also help both parties build a shared understanding of the strategies discussed.
07Is complimentary parking available?+
Complimentary parking is not provided. Participants are encouraged to use public transport where possible.
08Who is eligible for the 50% NTUC UTAP claim?+
You must be an approved NTUC member before the course date to be eligible. Membership approval may take two to three weeks, so apply early if you intend to claim UTAP funding. Eligibility and prevailing UTAP conditions apply.
09How do I claim UTAP funding?+
Eligible NTUC members pay the full $97 course fee upfront and may submit a claim within six months after completing the course. A Letter of Attendance and receipt will be provided to support the claim.
10How do I pay for my seat?+
Payment is accepted through PayNow only. The payment instructions and QR code will be provided during registration.
