Studio Promo Producer, PropNex Realty Pte Ltd

Responsibilities 

Live Streaming Production

1. Plan, coordinate and execute live streaming events, ensuring high-quality output.
2. Operate and manage streaming software such as Zoom, vMix, and OBS.
3. Set up, test, and troubleshoot live streaming equipment and connections.
4. Monitor live streams to ensure smooth transmission and resolve any issues in real-time

Live Event and Convention Production

1. Strong organisational skills to handle logistical details for offsite productions and ensure smooth operations.
2. Create assets such as animated holding screens, transition overlay and lower third element for events using Adobe After Effects or Apple Motions.
3. Oversee the production of live events and conventions, including setup and teardown.
4. Coordinate with various departments and/or vendors to ensure all technical requirements are met.
5. Manage audio-visual elements, lighting, and other production components.

Podcast Recording

1. Set up and operate podcast recording equipment.
2. Ensure high-quality audio recording and post-production editing.
3. Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging podcast episodes.

Promo Video Production

1. Conceptualize, script, and produce promotional videos to promote company initiatives.
2. Shoot and edit video content using software like Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with brand messaging and goals.
4. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve production quality.

Studio Maintenance and Upkeep

1. Maintain and upkeep all studio equipment and props.
2. Perform regular checks on all equipment to ensure they are in good working condition with latest software/firmware updated.
3. Keep an updated inventory of equipment and props.
4. Schedule and perform regular maintenance and repairs as needed.
5. Maintain good working relationship with contractors and safekeep contracts and equipment warranties.

Requirements

1. Extensive experience with software like Zoom, vMix and OBS.
2. Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and/or Davinci Resolve.
3. Familiarity with studio equipment such as video switchers, camera keyboards, NDI teleprompters and various camera systems.
4. Strong understanding of live production setups, including audio, video, and lighting systems.
5. Proven track record in managing live streaming events, live productions, and conventions.
6. Experience in producing promotional videos and other marketing content.
7. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
9. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 
10. Quick thinker capable of troubleshooting technical issues on the fly.
11. Able to work on some weekends, after office hours and holidays.
12. Able to response and accommodate to last-minute requests
13. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle high-pressure situations calmly.

• Five (5) day work week, Monday and Friday : 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
