Content Producer, PropNex Realty Pte Ltd
Responsibilities
1. In charge of creative concept development and storyboarding of video content which includes real estate market research, promotional video and event highlight video.
2. Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure the branded content reflects the brand's voice, values, and objectives.
3. Collaborate with the marketing, content and social media teams to develop and create content promotion plans that drive visibility and engagement.
4. Keen eye in driving company’s initiative and promote our value proposition.
5. Handle the planning and coordination works related to filming locations.
6. Prepare scripts for videos as and when required.
7. Proficient in all aspects of green screen production, from lighting and shooting to keying and compositing/stitching videos.
8. Involve in pre-production, video production and post-production which includes the creation of video animations.
9. Stay up-to-date with new technological advances as well as various shooting styles and latest trends so as to enhance quality of production and brand awareness.
Requirements
1. Minimum Diploma level.
2. Minimum three (3) years of relevant work experience.
3. Strong creative and storytelling skills.
4. Passionate about creative/video production.
5. Proficient in video equipment such as DSLR, professional cameras and lights.
6. Familiar with studio equipment, video switcher and slider system.
7. Proficient in software such as Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Photoshop.
8. Highly creative, with an eye for aesthetic standards, meticulous and adventurous, high personal standard.
9. Must be able to prioritize, to multi-task and to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
10. Self-motivated, disciplined and a team player.
