Policy Statement

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") applies to the collection, use and disclosure of an individual client/customer’s Personal Data (hereinafter defined) arising from goods and/or services offered by PropNex Limited and its subsidiaries ("PropNex" or "the Group"). At PropNex Limited, we respect the privacy and confidentiality of personal data and we are committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal data.

1. 总则

• 1.1 本隐私政策的内容涵盖博纳对客户/消费者个人资料的义务和政策条款。博纳承诺，将尽合理努力在可行的情况下，于实际运营中实现本政策中规定的这些原则和流程。


• 1.2 博纳的管理层、职员和代表应尽合理努力，尊重为集团或代表集团收集、存储、披露和使用的所有个人资料的机密性，并确保信息安全。博纳应尽合理努力确保其对个人资料的所有收集、存储、披露和使用方法是恰当的，并遵循《个人资料保护法令》（Personal Data Protection Act，简称PDPA），及本政策的条款。


• 1.3
  For the purposes of this Policy, in line with the provisions under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (No. 26 of 2012) (the "Act"), "Personal Data" shall mean data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified from that data; or from that data and other information which an organisation has or is likely to have access. Such Personal Data shall also refer to that which is already in the possession of PropNex or that which shall be collected by PropNex in future.

2. 实践声明

• 2.1 Obtaining Consent: To the fullest extent required by the PDPA, before PropNex collect, use or disclose your personal data, you will be notified of the purpose why it is doing so. PropNex next obtains written confirmation from you on your expressed consent. As far as possible, PropNex will not collect more personal data than necessary for the stated purpose.
• Under certain circumstances, PropNex may assume deemed consent from you when you voluntarily provide your personal data for the stated purpose, e.g. when you submit your Personal Data for employment purposes.


• 2.2 Third-Party Consent: If you have a one-on-one meeting with PropNex or do a transaction with PropNex on behalf of another individual, you must first obtain consent from that individual in order for PropNex to collect, use or disclose his/her personal data. If you consent to us obtaining your personal information through third-party service providers designated by us, we shall obtain your personal information as per above-mentioned including any information registered by you with the third party through such third-party service providers. Further, you agree to give PropNex the consent to use and store your data in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.

收集的个人资料类型

• 2.4 作为日常活动的部分，博纳可能会通过各种方式从数据主体收集数据，包括通过推荐、介绍人、商业路演、研讨会、会议、信息记录程序（cookies）、个人网络和社交媒体，以及集团时不时会使用的任何通信方式和表格（例如调查、反馈）。所收集的个人资料如下:
• Your personal information such as full name, last 3 digits and letterof NRIC/passport, residential address, work address, e-mail address, telephone number, mobile phone number, date of birth, gender, dependants’ details necessary to fulfil special requests such as bereavement, emergency contact information, bank account/credit card details, photographs and images, and etc.
• Your personal government-issued identification document numbers such as NRIC/FIN/Work Permit/birth certificate and passport numbers; only when required under the law or necessary to accurately establish or verify your identity to a high degree of fidelity.
• Other personal details (where relevant) when applying for an employee position: name, nationality, marital status, languages spoken or written; professional and work experience (job title, occupation, employment history, work experience, Curriculum Vitae; education and professional qualifications, schools attended, academic transcripts, membership of professional bodies).
• PropNex may also collect non-personally identifiable information about you, such as use of our website, internet protocol addresses, browser and computer system information, cookies, invisible pixels, web beacons, and aggregated data related to your use of our Platforms.

Tracking of User Activity
Where we track user activity, we will document this in our data inventory, and disclose such activity in our External Privacy Notice.

• 完成销售交易;
• 预订设施;
• Keeping clients informed of new real estate and investment opportunities that may be relevant to them;
• 会员计划的管理和服务;
• 分析网站浏览者;
• 市场研究和分析（使用的是匿名数据）;
• 履行博纳因您与我们之间签订的任何合约所产生的义务事项；以及
• 遵守法律义务和监管要求。
• Communicate with enquirers and analyse website visitors
• Notify you about our services, special events and programs
• Respond to enquiries, update requests and feedback on user experience
• Monitor the movement of visitors to our physical premises for safety and/or security purposes

个人资料的披露

• 2.6 为了执行上述功能，博纳可能会不时在其旗下组织之间披露您的个人资料。


• 2.7 在不减损上述任何内容的情况下，博纳还可能向以下第三方披露您的个人资料:
• 监管者和执法官员，例如分层地契局（Strata Title Board）、小额索偿法庭（Small Claims Tribunal）、新加坡建设局（Building & Construction Authority）、房地产代理理事会（Council for Estate Agencies）、新加坡警察部队（Singapore Police Force）;

• 外部顾问，例如律师、审计师和会计师;
• 房地产开发商;

• Any agent or subcontractor acting on PropNex’ behalf for the provision of its services (e.g. Recruitment Agencies / Head hunters, Commercial Service and Training Providers).


• 2.8 While PropNex will only share your data with authorised persons on a ‘need to know basis’, PropNex may disclose your Personal Data to the abovementioned parties also in the occurrence of any of the following events:
• To the extent that PropNex is required to do so by the law;
• In connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings;
• To establish, exercise or defend PropNex’s legal rights;
• To any person and/or entity for the purpose of processing such information on PropNex’s behalf;
• To third parties who provide services to PropNex or on its behalf;

• 2.9 In some instances, you may also be requested to provide certain Personal Data that may be used to better tailor the type of information presented to you. In most cases, this type of data is optional although, where the requested service is a personalised service, or provision of a service is dependent on your providing all requested data, failure to provide the requested data may prevent PropNex from providing the service. This type of data includes, but is not limited to:

3. 个人资料海外转移

• 3.1 Your Personal Data may be processed by PropNex’s affiliates, agents, introducers and third parties providing services to organisations in jurisdictions outside of Singapore. If there is a need for PropNex to transfer your personal data to another country, PropNex will ensure that the standard of data protection in the recipient country is comparable to that of Singapore’s PDPA.


• 3.2 针对国际房地产，博纳会将您的个人资料披露给位于新加坡以外司法管辖区的开发商。通过与博纳签订的合同协议，这些开发商将被要求保护个人资料并遵守与《新加坡个人资料保护法令》要求相同的义务，以提供相近的保护水平。

4. 个人资料的准确性

• 4.1 Where possible, PropNex will validate data provided and take reasonable precautions using generally accepted practices and guidelines and verification checks to ensure that the personal data we have collected from you is reasonably accurate, complete and up-to-date. This includes the use of checksum verification on some numeric fields such as account numbers or credit card numbers. In some instances, PropNex is able to validate the data provided against pre-existing data held by it. In some cases, PropNex is required to see original documentation before we may use the Personal Data such as with Personal Identifiers and/or proof of address.
• To assist in ensuring the accuracy of your Personal Data in the possession of PropNex, please inform the Group of any updates of any parts of your Personal Data by sending a clearly worded email to the Data Protection Officer (DPO) at the email address provided at Paragraph 2.4. Further, PropNex may, from time to time, conduct a verification exercise with you to update it on any changes to your Personal Data.

5. 个人资料保护

• 5.1 PropNex uses commercially reasonable physical, administrative and technical safeguards to protect and maintain the confidentiality and integrity of your Personal Data and will not knowingly allow unauthorised access, use, disclosure or otherwise to this data to anyone outside the Group, other than to you or as described in this Policy.
• External Data Intermediaries who process and maintain your personal data on our behalf will be bound by contractual information security arrangements we have with them.

6. 个人资料的访问和更正

• 6.1 根据法令，您有权:
• a). check whether the Group holds any Personal Data relating to you and, if so, obtain copies of such data; and
• b). require the Group to correct any Personal Data relating to you which is inaccurate for the purpose for which it is being used.


• 6.2 博纳保留收取合理管理费的权利，并在您支付第 6.1(a) 条规定的必要费用和/或收到您根据第 6.1(b) 条规定的请求后，满足您在第 6.1(a) 条下的要求。


• 6.3 如果您希望验证所提交给博纳的详细信息，亦或者希望检查博纳使用和处理您个人资料的方式，博纳的安全程序将在透露任何信息之前要求提供身份证明。此身份证明将采用姓名、联络号码和本地身份证 NRIC 或护照或 外籍人士身份证FIN 号码的完整信息。因此，请务必确保这些信息的安全，您将需要对博纳为回应他人通过使用您个人资料所提出的请求而采取的任何行动负责。

7. 个人资料的存储和保留

• 7.1 PropNex will delete, as reasonably possible, or otherwise anonymise any Personal Data in the event that the original purpose has been fulfilled or it is not required for any reasonable business or legal purposes of the Group. The Personal Data will be deleted from the PropNex’s electronic, manual, and other filing systems in accordance with its internal policies and procedures and/or other agreements. Based on our Document Retention Policy, we will ensure that your personal data that are no longer needed by us will be destroyed or disposed of in a secure manner.

8. 与您联系

• 8.1

  To the extent that any of the communication means which you have provided PropNex with (which may include your telephone number and fax number) is/will be listed on the Do Not Call Registry (the “DNC”), ”), by checking the box on the Marketing Contact Form or Privilege Member Registration Form, or by any other means of indication, you hereby grant PropNex your clear and unambiguous consent to contact you using all of your communication means you have provided to the Organisation, including via voice calls, SMS, Whatsapp, MMS, fax or other similar communications applications or methods, for the purposes as stated in Paragraph 2.5.

9. 政策变更

• 9.1 为遵循在地法律和/或满足其全球政策要求，以及出于集团认为合理必要的任何其他目，博纳保留更改本政策中任何条款的权利。您应该定期浏览此页面以获取最新的隐私政策变动。本政策的一切更改于发布在此页面时即刻生效。如果您不同意修改后的条款，您应尽快将您不同意的条款通知博纳。在发出此类通知之前，如果这些条款与附加条款之间存在任何的不一致，则在不一致的范围内以附加条款为准。

10. 管辖法律

• 10.1 本政策受新加坡共和国法律的管辖和解读。您在此服从新加坡法院的非专属管辖权。

11. 其他事宜

• 11.1 本政策仅适用于博纳收集和使用的个人资料。它不包括博纳提供链接的第三方网站。博纳不会与第三方网站共享您的个人资料。博纳不为这些第三方网站的隐私和行为规范负责。查看您浏览的每个网站的隐私政策非常重要。博纳无法控制任何第三方网站或服务的内容、隐私政策或做法，也无法对其承担任何责任。


• 11.2 未经您的许可，博纳不会将您的个人信息出售给任何第三方，但对于您可能已链接或定向至博纳网站的第三方网站的行为，博纳无法为其行为和做法负责。

12. 联系资料保护官

• 12.1 您可以基于合理理由向博纳致函，请求访问和/或更正与您有关的个人信息，此类个人信息由博纳拥有和掌控，博纳应遵循本政策中规定的标准程序，在合理的时间内以合理的方式提供和/或更正该信息。


• 12.2
  根据《个人资料保护法》博纳已自立建流程，用于接收和回应实践该法时，可能出现的任何询问或投诉。为确保博纳能及时收到您的投诉和询问，请电邮本集团资料保护官： dpo@propnex.com.


• 12.3 The consent which you provided to PropNex for the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Data remains valid until we receive written notification of your request to withdraw consent.
• Should you not wish for PropNex to use your Personal Data for any of the purposes listed above, you may withdraw consent for our use of your personal data for such purpose.
• Please be advised that we will not be able to provide you with services and/or membership benefits that you requested for or have with us if you withdraw consent.
• To ensure that you are able to continue to enjoy your privileges and/or allow us to continue serving you, you may first contact PropNex to understand more.
• In relation to the above, kindly note that any withdrawal of consent does not apply to situations where the collection, use and disclose of Personal Data without consent is permitted or required under applicable laws.

博纳认真对待所有此类询问和投诉，并将在合理时间内处理，也会确保处理时全程保密。

While PropNex endeavours to fulfil your request within 30 days, please note that a fee may be charged for facilitation depending on the specific request, which we will advise accordingly. If we are unable to do so within 30 days, we will notify you of the additional time with an estimate of the fee, if required.

Deletion of PropNex Friends Account

You may send in your request to delete your PropNex Friends account at any time. Please note that this deletion does not apply to other information held by the Company which we have obtained through the normal course of marketing and/or estate agency work, which may include your transacted property details and personal data. Please refer above if the request is pertaining to Access, Correction or Withdrawal of Consent concerning personal data.

By deleting your account, it means that you are terminating the membership – you may not be able to recover the account subsequently if you change your mind. Consequently, PropNex will no longer be able to continue providing our services and privileges extended specially to our PropNex Friends members including subscriptions and contents, if any, once your account has been deleted.

Once PropNex receive your Account Deletion request, we will review it and provide you with an email confirmation within 5 working days. Any feedbacks and/or suggestion are greatly welcomed for us to continue improving our services so we may serve you again in the future.
