Content Producer

PropNex Realty Pte Ltd

We are looking for someone with a strong passion for storytelling and visual creativity; someone who can take even the driest, most technical topics and turn them into fresh, engaging, and meaningful content.

Responsibilities
1. Create engaging YouTube-focused videos, including explainers, trends, lifestyle content, market insights, and edutainment pieces.
2. Pitch creative ideas and work with internal teams to produce impactful and visually strong content that aligns with the branding of PropNex.
3. Collaborate with marketing and writers to turn complex topics into clear and engaging stories.
4. Produce videos with strong structure, clear narrative flow, and purposeful visuals.
5. Manage the full production process from planning and filming to editing and final output.
6. Edit videos into polished, high-quality content with good pacing and clarity.
7. Keep up with new storytelling and visual trends to elevate our content.

Requirements
1. Diploma in Media, Film, Communications, or related fields.
2. 1 to 3 years of video production or content creation experience preferred.
3. Strong passion for storytelling and visual creativity.
4. Able to turn technical topics into clear, engaging long-form content.
5. Skilled in filming and editing (Adobe Creative Suite).
6. Creative, adaptable, and willing to try new ideas.
7. Bonus: studio, green screen, motion graphics, or multi-camera experience.
8. Portfolio showcasing strong storytelling or visual work.

Interview Assignment:
Shortlisted candidates will do a fun storytelling task to show your creativity and how you turn complex ideas into engaging stories. No technical skills required; we just want to see your ideas and approach!

Other Information
Working Location: Toa Payoh (HDB Hub near Toa Payoh MRT Station)
5-day work week, Mondays to Fridays: 9.00am to 6.00pm, with occasional weekend work as needed.
