Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support for training sessions and events, including managing registrations, addressing inquiries, performing data entry, and coordinating room or virtual platform setups (e.g., Zoom).
Offer dedicated support to trainers/facilitators and participants throughout training sessions to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct monthly account reconciliations for each course to maintain financial accuracy.
Support the operational requirements for company bootcamps, including site and materials preparation, event coordination, photography, and overall event management.
Assist in the creation of training and promotional materials, including:
Performing minor design tasks
Drafting content for EDMs and WhatsApp marketing communications
Contribute to the planning and coordination of marketing initiatives.
Provide high-level administrative support for tasks related to training courses.
Perform additional ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as required.
