Training Cum Marketing Coordinator (4 months Maternity Cover), PropNex Realty Pte Ltd

 

Responsibilities

  1. Plan, organize, and oversee the scheduling and coordination of assigned courses to ensure seamless execution.
  2. Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support for training sessions and events, including managing registrations, addressing inquiries, performing data entry, and coordinating room or virtual platform setups (e.g., Zoom).

  3. Offer dedicated support to trainers/facilitators and participants throughout training sessions to ensure smooth operations.

  4. Conduct monthly account reconciliations for each course to maintain financial accuracy.

  5. Support the operational requirements for company bootcamps, including site and materials preparation, event coordination, photography, and overall event management.

  6. Assist in the creation of training and promotional materials, including:

  7. Performing minor design tasks

  8. Drafting content for EDMs and WhatsApp marketing communications

  9. Contribute to the planning and coordination of marketing initiatives.

  10. Provide high-level administrative support for tasks related to training courses.

  11. Perform additional ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as required.

Requirements

  1. Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
  2. Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  3. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva would be an added advantage.
  4. Well-organized, able to plan, prioritize, and complete tasks efficiently.
  5. Able to stay productive in a fast-paced, changing work environment.

?Working Location : Toa Payoh
?5-day work week, Mondays to Fridays : 9.00am to 6.00pm
