EJEN HAN KAN ADA, a brand which have been with me for years since I enter in to real estate industry. EJEN HAN is my initial. What it means? In Malay, it means AGENT HAN IS HERE. Some get confuse and call me EJEN which means Agent in English. I was much honoured to have a dad who taught me to do business at a young age. To Start with, I run a business as young as 19 years old as a barber and have 2-3 franchise outlet to begin with. I handle most accounts; conducting classes for new barbers, manage the franchise outlet and many more. My dad was a real estate salesperson too at that point of time, he handle most commercial properties. He top in his career. That motivates me to be like him as well. As time goes by, barber trade slowly decline given a fairly competitors from salon slashing off prices and even having great discount to attract their customers. I decided to take a step forward to change my luck. I joined the real estate in year 2007 with influence from a friend. Without much knowledge, I start to make my ways in doing HDB room rental and whole unit rentals. As months goes by, I start to think to myself, this is not the reason why I joined real estate. I started off to help families and friends to sell and buy their properties. Doing their financial calculations, advising them to buy the right property, sourcing alternative solutions for their housing issues and many more services. Leads after leads, sale after sale, I managed to pull through with hard work and determination. It was not an easy to start with zero knowledge and insufficient funds to attend for many paid courses. Life is tough. I started switching to PROPNEX REALTY PTE LTD in year 2009. WHY PROPNEX?? Firstly, it is the services you can trust. We have quarterly Convention, which is like 4 times in a year to keep us updated in the current market and exchanging ideas on how we can be better and top notched in the business. I can meet them at my office and bring them down to HDB counter to ask for some details which I cannot get. Even lawyers firm are within reach. I am growing my own TEAM in Propnex. I conducted intensive training within the teammates. I have my own 1-1 property consultation which is called @KLINIK HARTANAH (property clinic) at my office between 11-4pm, Monday to Friday via appointment. I appeared in TV shows for some Ed-info show like BUMBUNG (YEAR 2012) TERBIT (YEAR 2013) RUDY & RILLA(2014) I am heard in RADIO RIA 89.7fm & WARNA 94.2fm on certain days I sponsored the show.
