Video Editor (Offshore), PropNex Realty Pte Ltd 

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative individual who is able to spot content/angle that is of interest to the viewers and edit high quality product. This job is fully remote as the company is based in Singapore. Ideal candidate will need to understand the video objectives and produce the final product from the raw clips taken by the crews in Singapore. Strong command in English is a must.

Responsibilities
1. Create video elements that include but not limited to: multi-cam interviews, promotional video, long form editing - interviews/special programming, informative video and vlog-style content.

2. Create and modify template graphics such as headshots, charts and maps.

3. Select and integrate music, sound effects, and other audio elements into the video.

4. Ensure that the final product is consistent with the Corporate Identity.

5. Be proactive – pitch ideas, be creative, offer your expertise and elevate the content.

6. Source, edit and compile raw video footage to create high- quality final product.

7. Adding visual effects in video animation, live-action shot, and etc.

8. Handling project management from concept to completion with a deadline-driven environment.

9. Deliver content to multiple destinations, be familiar with various digital platforms and metadata requirements that are crucial for digital success (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook)

10. Be on top of industry trends in video, animation and editing styles throughout digital media.

11. Have strong communication skills and collaborate with producers, content writers and researchers.

Requirements
1. Minimum Diploma level in a related field is typically preferred.

2. Minimum one (1) to two (2) years of working experience in related profession.

3. Strong creative and storytelling skills

4. Experience with video production and editing software such as Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop.

5. Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team

6. Passionate about creative/video production.

7. Be highly motivated, accurate and detail oriented in your work, always looking for continuous improvement.

8. Strong understanding of Singapore’s culture, property market and interests will be a plus.

9. Possess own equipment such as workstation for video editing and related work.

10. Ability to work independently and remotely.

Other Information
• Remote work
• 5-day work week, Mondays to Fridays: 9.00am to 6.00pm (with 1-hour lunch break)
• Follow work schedule (including public holidays) in Singapore
