I have been in the real estate industry for over 30 years, previously in charge of leasing portfolio comprising residential, industrial, office and medical suites of close to 2,000 units for a reputable real estate group. Prior to that, I was involved in the Singapore property market as a corporate banker lending to major real estate corporates and developers and later moving on to oversee treasury and debt financing for project development and property investment portfolio for one of the largest real estate groups.
