Senior Manager / Manager, International Sales, PropNex International Pte Ltd 

Responsibilities
1. Assist the Head of International sales to identify opportunities to develop and strengthen relationships to advance the business, such as building cross-functional teams within the company by connecting personnel across business lines or managing external vendor and supplier relations. He/she may also require manage customer relations to increase the business’ visibility and reputation.
2. Assist the Head of International Sales to identify potential partnerships, opportunities to enhance distribution and open up new markets, and methods to enhance efficiency within the sales teams.
3. Take a hands-on approach to the Company’s marketing efforts. He/she will be required to present market research and customer profiles to developer and client, recommending improved strategies to expand market reach as well as coordinate activities between sales teams to introduce new campaigns and make decisions that drive sales growth.
4. He/she will be required to work closely with sales and operation teams to improve operations planning and overall efficiency. He/she needs to assess marketing and sales operations, along with developer activities, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements and prepare sales tracking and reporting to HOD and Management.
5. He/she will be required to assist in preparing presentations to HOD and Company management teams to highlight business or marketing opportunities or to present the results of new strategies.
6. He/she will need to prepare documents and information for requests for proposals (RFPs) and due diligence as well as review appointment contracts and agreements.
7. He/she will be required to work with both internal and external vendor for marketing event and launch for international projects.
8. Perform any other tasks as and when assigned by the Company.

Requirements
1. Diploma / Degree in Marketing.
2. Good command of English is a must.
3. 3 to 5 year of International property marketing and sales experience.
4. Possesses CEA licence.

Other Information
•Working Location: Toa Payoh (HDB Hub near Toa Payoh MRT Station)
•5-day work week, Mondays to Fridays: 9.00am to 6.00pm
