Executive, Legal Department

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide general legal advice on property related matters to our salespersons.
  2. Represent the Company on the claims matter in Small Claims Tribunal.
  3. Attend Mediation sessions to resolve commission disputes.
  4. Handle feedback from our salespersons and consumers.
  5. Handle debt recovery and collection matters.
  6. Drafting legal documents.
  7. Perform any other adhoc assignments as and when assigned in support of the department.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Diploma in Business Admin / Law.
  2. Preferably some years of working experience in the similar capacity.
  3. Fresh graduates are most welcome to apply.  
  4. Training will be provided to handle the different aspects of legal matters.
  5. Good knowledge in contract and real estate law will be advantageous.
  6. Good drafting and negotiation skills.
  7. Bilingual in both English and Chinese language as required to handle Mandarin speaking customers / salespersons.
