Training Coordinator

Responsibilities

  1. Plan, organize, and oversee the scheduling and coordination of assigned courses.
  2. Provide administrative and logistical support for training sessions and events, including registration, inquiries, data entry, and setup of rooms or virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom).
  3. Offer support to trainers/facilitators and participants throughout training sessions.
  4. Conduct month-end account reconciliations for each course.
  5. Deliver exceptional and timely customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Support operational needs for company bootcamps, including site and materials preparation, event coordination, photography, and overall event management.
  7. Assist with the development and preparation of training and promotional materials.
  8. Provide administrative support for training courses-related tasks and duties.
  9. Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

  1. Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
  2. Pleasant and approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills, able to interact professionally with diverse groups.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  5. Demonstrates exceptional phone etiquette and professionalism in all communications.
  6. Capable of multi-tasking and managing competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  7. Comfortable working in a culturally diverse environment, with an ability to collaborate effectively with people from various backgrounds.
  8. Customer-focused with a positive attitude, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
  9. Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently.
  10. Ability to thrive and maintain productivity in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
