Item 1-3 is chargeable every renewal. Renewal is not guaranteed, min. 3 months applicable, rate subject to market rate, min. 2 months advance notice.

✅No smoking is allowed in the apartment but one can go to designated smoking space.

✅In the yard area we have a dryer and washing machine for everyone to use. There is a store room space for bulky item and iron/board provided here.
