Senior Manager / Manager, International Sales
Responsibilities
- Pitch for overseas projects to be marketed in Singapore.
- Liaise with overseas developers on marketing campaign, feedback, sales performance review and operational matters.
- Support in term of recruitment, marketing, logistics, billing, administrative matters pertaining to the overseas projects matters and launches in Singapore.
- Oversees overseas project sales operations from sales reservations to completion of all documentations
- Perform any other tasks pertaining to overseas projects as and when assigned by the Company.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or its other equivalent.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of International property marketing and sales experience.
- Preferably someone who has CEA licence would be ideal.
- Strong communication in English language is essential.
- Be prepared to work on weekends to support the project launches.

Other Information
Working Location: Toa Payoh (HDB Hub near Toa Payoh MRT Station) & showflats at various locations
5-days work week, Mondays to Fridays: 9.00am to 6.00pm
Required to work on weekend if there is project launch
