Brenda was in the accounting field for 8 years before she made the decision to become a real-estate agent. In 1992 She initially joined this industry as she wanted to have her own business and achievements in life. 28 years down the road, she is one of the most experienced real-estate agents in the team. For Brenda, success as a property agent is not defined by how much money one is able to make, but that the clients are satisfied with the services provided so they do not want to change agents for many years to come.

Despite being a seasoned veteran in the real-estate agency, Brenda still takes the initiative to constantly improve herself. She actively attends talks and seminars to know about the latest market trends. She also decided to join a young team led by a youthful leader as she believes they can help her with the latest technologies and marketing methods. Moreover, she makes sure that she plans her time wisely so that her personal and work obligations will not clash.

Before she recommends a property, Brenda ensures that she gathers enough information about the client’s preferences and needs as well as financial status. This information enable her to advise her clients better and introduce the right property that best suits their criteria. Brenda places her clients’ interest above her own, making sure that their needs are always well taken care of.
