An Ex- Medical Orderly Sergeant from the Singapore Armed Forces,  I joined the Real Estate Industry since 1997 for 6 Years as an Associate Executive Director with a small reale state agency OMH Realty Pte Ltd. It suddenly closed down leaving me in the lurch.
I was lost, I tried my hand in many trade to survive. I tried running maid agency to a Hawker Stall - but all failed.


With none of my "businesses" working out. I had to take various jobs to support my 3 children's and pay off my housing loan. I worked as 7-Eleven cashier, an administrative clerk handling many overseas clients alone and a Maxi cab driver to make ends meet. I was at the lowest point of my life, almost becoming depressed with the situation I was in.


In 2007, I meet my mentor, Steven Lau from Propnex Realty Pte Ltd


Initially, found myself struggling to pick up the skills needed in today's real estate market.


After much hardworks and training from my mentor and other helpful Leaders in PropNex. After many hard work I manage to grow from an ordinary Salesperson to become an Associate Group Division Director with a 10 Years Ambassador Badge.
