PropNex first ventured into offering Auction Services in 2018, but subsequently discontinued the business in 2021, owing to impact from the Covid-19 pandemic. It was decided then to focus on other business areas, such as collective sales and real estate investments. With the collective sale business gaining traction, PropNex has embarked on relaunching its Auction Services.
The relaunched Auction Services business will be helmed by Tracy Goh, who previously led the PropNex Investment and Collective Sales department, which was established in 2021. Under Tracy’s leadership, PropNex has successfully brokered several notable en bloc and investment deals, as well as mortgagee sales. These included the collective sale of Lakeside Apartments and Jansen Mansions, the sale of a portfolio of six freehold shophouses in Serangoon Road, and transactions at Eleven@Holland.
