The Continuum

We all know that freehold properties are rare in land-scarce Singapore, they only make up a very small percentage of our residential units. And Singaporeans love freehold properties because they can pass them down from generation to generation. What if there was an opportunity for you to land one yourself? The Continuum is situated along Thiam Siew Avenue and is the largest freehold mega-project launch in 2023. 2 majestic plots combining close to 270,000sqft land in prime district 15, The Continuum sets to be one of the most anticipated launches in the east! Both plots of land will be housing residential towers & facilities which will be connected via a landmark private overhead bridge. Developed by reputable developers Hoi Hup Realty & Sunway Group who are renowned for efficient layouts and premium finishes, residents of The Continuum can look forward to space efficiency and luxurious living. With a total of 816 units offering a mixture of 1 to 5-bedroom unit types, it will easily cater to different lifestyle choices. Another unique thing about this development is how it manages to strike a harmonious balance between classic and contemporary with the integration of Thiam Siew House, a conservation bungalow that will be converted into recreational space for residents. Buying into The Continuum buys you a piece of history. Enjoy the convenience of being minutes away from 3 MRT stations on 3 MRT lines; The Continuum is easily accessible to Paya Lebar MRT Interchange (East-West & Circle Line), Dakota (Circle Line) and upcoming Tanjong Katong MRT station (Thomson East-Coast Line). Getting into the city will be a breeze as The Continuum is just a mere 5 stops away from City Hall and 6 stops away from Marina Bay.
