I bought my first home in 2021 and I really wished that someone had told me to enter earlier as a home buyer. As this was the biggest purchase of my life, I researched so intensively about price trends, growth and appreciation as a consumer. That got me intrigued. For the past 8 years of renting private residential, none of the property agents went to dig further and see if I can afford one instead of renting. It was fascinating to learn that I could afford one many years ago but I kept brushing it off, saying that I needed a million dollars in cash just to buy one. However, that wasn’t the case. I’m glad I entered as a home buyer and no longer renting my home/office. However, I do know many out there, in their mid 20’s, probably not sure what’s their home goals. This is where I come in and share my knowledge.
