I have been in this Real Estate Business since 2009.
In 2009, I have successfully completed and passed Common Examination for Salespersons (CES) conducted by Singapore Accredited Estate Agencies Limited. Awarded the Certificate Of Accreditation and has fulfilled the requirements for Singapore Accreditation for Salesperson in 2010.
Prior to this, I was working for a Multi National Company. The nature of work is related to Customer Interface in terms, of New Project Launches ,Existing Product, Handling Customer Feedback and Product Failure, Analysed of the failed product and Submit Reports to customer and Hosting customer .
I believed that be it in a Corporate or in the Real Estate Business, both are similar trades as I have to Interact with Customers , who is my Direct Prospects and eventually Buyers or Tenants for a property.
Be it in the Corporate or Real Estate Business, I need to conduct myself with the utmost Knowledge , what I have learned and taught through the accreditation of my certificate /License and with Honesty and Integrity .
* Starting in 2009, I embarked on this journey of Real Estate Business.
As a rookie ,I have been involved in the HDB Resale and Lease. I have quickly learned the ropes in the real estate business.
* In 2010, I took on my First New Project Launch as a core member of the Appointed Sales and Marketing Team by the Developer.
I have experienced and learned about New Project Launches.
* In 2011, I expanded my Portfolio to include Private Resale and Lease.
* In 2012 , I expanded my Portfolio to include Landed sector.
*In 2013, I expanded my Portfolio further to take on the challenge for The First Executive Condominium New Launch as a member of the Sales and Marketing Team appointed by the Developer.
* Presently,I have accumulated a wide range of experience in the Real Estate Business.
Currently, I am with PropNex Realty , The Number One and Largest Homegrown Real Estate Agency .
In January 2020: I received A PLATINUM Star Performers’ Award for closing a deal in the Luxury Region.
