My real estate career started in 2004, transacting HDB Flats in Marine Parade. With a keen attitude and sheer determination, I went on to earn a name for myself in Marine Parade. It was my privilege to be invited for an interview to share my experience and strategies with regards to HDB transactions in that area.

In 2006, I decided to explore the private property sector. I started working with various MNCs, helping expatriates to find their dream home in Singapore. Simultaneously, I was working with various investors as well, managing their investments and property needs. During that period, I really enjoyed serving the expats from different countries and at the same time understand their cultures.

Since 2009, I had aggressively laid a strong foundation in District 9 and 10, some of the projects noted as Rivergate, Watermark, Martin Place Residences, The Wharf Residence, Urban Suites and D"Leedon etc.

Over the last few years, my Coaching and Training System had proven to be effective. From a team of 3 members, I am now leading an Elite Team committed real estate salepersons in District 9, 10 and all other areas. Not to mention, our team is progressing expeditiously. To be able to achieve Top Senior Team Associate Director and Top 20 Producers in 2014 increased my confidence in expanding our business.

I joined Propnex in May 2018. Propnex has strong company branding, structured and effective training program and cohesiveness in the team. I was able to leverage on these advantages and very focus in delivering sales. I have helped my clients with their investment planning including choosing the right property and managing their funds. Shortly in the following year 2019, I was presented with Top 83rd award out of more than 8000 sales person.
