Send voice tone messages instead of text.

Eg 1. 

Hey, I was just going through some of my contacts earlier and saw your name. Suddenly realised we have not caught up for quite a while, so I thought I should just say hi.

Voice messages feel 10 times more personal, and reply rate is much higher.

Step 1 Acknowledge and Continue the Conversation

Example if client replies “I am good” or “Busy with work”.

Nice to hear from you. Recently I was also speaking with a few friends and somehow the conversation kept coming back to the same topic.
Then you continue with the topic you want to bring up.

Step 2 Introduce a Natural Topic

After one or two exchanges, you can slowly bring in a broader topic.

Interestingly a few friends have been asking me the same question recently. Should they wait for BTO with more supply coming, go for an Executive Condo, or even consider private if they can afford when they saw this article
