Accounts Assistant / Accounts Officer

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare commission payments to financial advisers, introducers and vesting payouts including monthly commission statements and annual income statements.
  2. Prepare tax invoices, payment vouchers and receipt vouchers.
  3. Prepare monthly production report.
  4. Assist in monthly entries for journal vouchers and bank reconciliations.
  5. Assist in month end closing process and reconciliation.
  6. Assist in liaison with auditors for audit enquiries and year-end audits.
  7. Perform general administrative duties such as data entry and filing.
  8. Perform any other accounting and ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the Company.

Requirements:

  1. O Level, Diploma or equivalent.
  2. Preferably with min 1 year of relevant working experience.
  3. Hardworking, meticulous and detail-oriented.
  4. Positive attitude and willing to learn.
  5. Dynamic and open to new ideas.
  6. Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Microsoft Excel).
