Research Writer (Offshore), PropNex Realty Pte Ltd

Job Summary
We are seeking for a candidate who is strong with his/her analytical skill. This individual has to be able to put massive data into consumable information that is digestible and relatable to the public mass. This job is fully remote. Ideal candidate has to work closely with the research writer team based in Singapore. Strong command in English is a must.

Responsibilities
1. Write high-quality articles/stories with accurate facts that are engaging to drive brand awareness of the company.

2. Craft compelling angles to pique the interest of readers.

3. Media monitoring to react to breaking news that impacts the real estate industry.

4. Create scripts for videos together with the video team.

5. Research information & data on topics assigned.

6. Gather on the ground research information for article pieces.

7. Convert research to curated content for articles and infographics.

8. Fact check and provide sources to back the credibility of researched information.

9. Craft questions to be used in an interview.

10. Actively contribute ideas for content creation (articles, videos, social media).

11. Creative copywriting on article content for distribution on social media and digital ads.

12. Keen eye in driving company’s initiative and promoting our value proposition.


Requirements
1. Diploma or Degree in mass communication, journalism, real estate, or architecture.

2. Minimum one (1) to two (2) years of working experience in related field.

3. Background in real estate is highly advantageous but is not mandatory.

4. Strong communication, writing & research skills.

5. Ability to weave in keywords into content creatively for SEO purposes.

6. Proactive team player.

7. Resourceful and able to optimize limited resources.

8. Strong understanding of Singapore’s culture, property market and interests will be a plus.

9. Able to operate efficiently both independently & in a group setting.

10. Ability to work independently and remotely.


Other Information
• Remote work
• 5-day work week, Mondays to Fridays: 9.00am to 6.00pm (with 1-hour lunch break)
• Follow work schedule (including public holidays) in Singapore
