Temporary Admin Officer, Legal Department
PropNex Realty Pte Ltd

Responsibilities:

1) Data Entry using an in-house system

2) Research and Documentation

3) Managing emails and phone inquiries

4) Assisting in ad-hoc administrative duties when required

Requirements:

1) Minimum GCE “O” Level with administrative experience

2) Preferably some years of working experience

3) Good knowledge of contract and property law will be advantageous

4) Meticulous and has good interpersonal skills

5) Proficient in MS Excel/Word

6) Positive attitude and willingness to learn

7) Able to interact effectively with people at all levels and be a team player.

8) Able to commit from February 2023 - June 2023.

Other Information

· Working Location : Toa Payoh, (HDB Hub near Toa Payoh MRT Station)

· 5-day work week, Mondays to Fridays : 9.00am to 6.00pm

Preference will be given to candidates who can start work immediately or at short notice.
