Compliance Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for AML / CFT matters.
2. Conduct due diligence checks on corporations / individuals.
3. Conduct Balanced Scorecard audit for financial consultants. This includes sales advisory auditing, grading and the administration of enforcements.
4. Perform detailed monitoring of company training and competency framework / standards.
5. Perform detailed monitoring of representatives' sales advisory processes.
6. Ensure marketing materials comply with laws / regulations and company guidelines.
7. Handle customer complaints which would involve investigation and report writing.
8. Handle Onboarding & Offboarding of Representatives
9. Perform any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:

1. Diploma and above.
2. Candidates with relevant experience (preferably in the insurance industry) will have an added advantage.
3. Meticulous and detail-oriented.
4. Possess good organizational and time management skills.
5. Maintain high standard of accuracy in work.
6. Positive attitude and willing to learn.
7. Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
9. Good command of English.
10. Able to multi-task and perform under stress.

Other Information:

• Working Location: Great World City Office Tower (River Valley area)
• 5-day work week, Mondays to Fridays (9.00am to 6.00pm)
